The staff was amicable and efficient, helped with every request. The hotel had a central position not far from the communal areas, and the town centre. We had lunch in Cafe Delhi, located nearby.

A multi-channel TV, ironing facilities and a study table were available in my family king room. Comfortable bed and the bathroom was spotless.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. I received assistance with my room and charging my phone. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout. The double bed was comfortable and there were tea and coffee making facilities available. a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to major attractions and transportation. The room rate was affordable, which was a plus. Additionally, the receptionist was friendly and provided assistance when needed.

The cleanliness of the hotel was below par, with stained walls, dirty furniture, and curtains that were too short for the windows. The noise from other guests or staff was unbearable, and the overall smell of the hotel was unpleasant.

Good choice for 1 night. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Central location, within walking distance of Temples. Situated in a pretty nice area. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Overall it was a PLEASANT stay for one night for Nationale Space Centre visit.

I found this hotel to be quite near the town, which was very convenient for my trip. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The room was clean and comfortable, offering good value for money.

There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was poor.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a nice enough area, really close to the town centre, and Leicester. Tbh, had a really nice stay during a business trip.

Tv had no volume control - volume button turned colour to black & white. Bed had a plastic undersheet which caused the sheet to become damp during the warm night. Had to make a cocoon of the duvet to get comfortable. Continental breakfast had no fruit juice. As I don't drink tea or coffee I was dismayed they did not do chocolate, nor would they attempt to get any when I pointed out that left me without anything to drink.

Possibly the best and really really nice stay during a business trip. A good choice of local food. Well heated room, clean bathroom. Particularly good location; amicable staff. About 20 minutes walk to bus stop.

The room was warm and had central heating, as well as an iron/ironing board and coffee/tea making equipment, making it comfortable and convenient for my stay here in the city centre.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable double bed, along with a table and chairs. The en suite bathroom was convenient, and there were tea and coffee making facilities available. The friendly staff added to the positive experience. Additionally, there was a good-sized TV in the room.

The hazards present in the room were concerning, leading me to believe that the hotel should be closed down. Unfortunately, the lack of hygiene and cleanliness resulted in discomfort, including waking up with mite bites.

No coment.I Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Breakfast was awful,you make your own tea,you make your own toast,,,,,,,,,One can hardly call this a HOTEL.,,,,,,Trust me I stayed in this place when you could call it a hotel,,,,,the standards have dropped,,,,,I regard cleanliness as important,,,the cupboards inside was absolutely full of dust.

Location

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as the well-kept decor and the provision of two double beds, was impressive. The location, reasonably close to the city centre, made it convenient to explore and get into town. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient. It was a bonus to have breakfast included in the stay.

All was okay with this hotel.
